CHAPMAN, Lucinda Adelaide (Ada)
In hospital on Saturday, May 4, 1991, in her 103rd year. Ada Chapman, beloved wife of the late Ivan S. Mother of Major (Phylis), Milfred (Enid), the late Clarence and the late Ola. Also survived by daughter-in-law Alma Chapman, son-in-law Adrian Chapman and daughter-in-law Ina (deceased). Also eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Byron, on Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday (time to be confirmed). Interment Pinecrest Cemetery. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the charity of your choice.

Chapman, beloved husband of Lucida Davis of 206 Carleton Avenue; father of Clarence and Milfred of Ottawa; Major of Hull, Que., and Mrs. Adrian Chapman (Ola) of MacTier, Ont.; brother of Hebert of Sackville, NB. Resting Hulse and Playfair Central Chapel, 315 McLeod. Service on Friday at 3 p.m. Interment Pinecrest cemetery.

According to the Nova Scotia marriage registration, Lucy Adelaide Davis (daughter of James and Lucinda Davis) married Ivan Sylvanus Chapman in Amherst, 24 July 1906.
